Standard Shipping Policies
- We operate a 24 hour US shipping policy as standard. All orders received before 15:30 will be dispatched for next day delivery by USPS.
- A standard shipping cost of $3 applies to all orders within the US. If the shipping cost is considerably more, then we will contact you by phone or email to recover this additional cost.
- If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your credit card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.
- Orders being shipped by our standard shipping method will arrive in 4 to 5 business days.
- Some orders may be held for security verification, which can take up to 24 Hours.
- Apologies but Weekend Deliveries are not available at this time, all delivery days and delivery times are measured on the amount of business days an order will take to arrive.
- In stock items will ship straight away. Back ordered items will ship when items arrive.
- You may cancel your order provided it has not yet entered the shipping process. Please call 703-948-6558 or email orders@NeckaceMarket.com within a 1 hour of order placement to do so. If you have already received the shipping confirmation e-mail, you may return the order for a refund after it arrives. - International shipping: We ship to virtually every country in the world. Here is a list of the countries where we ship - Canada, UK, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Greenland, Greece, Holland/Netherlands, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. The average shipping rates are $7.00 (upto 1 pound). If you need your order to be shipped to any other country, please contact us.

Returns Policy
- If you are not satisfied with the product, simply contact us by email at orders@NecklaceMarket.com or call us at 703-948-6558 to obtain return Authorization Number and ship product in original re-sellable condition (un-washed, un-worn, no odor of any type) at your own expense. We reserve the right to a partial refund if the goods are not in perfect condition on return. Failure to return goods in this condition will affect the value of the refund. If you do not inform us within 24 hours of receipt, we will accept no liability for items said to be damaged, incorrect or faulty on delivery.
- When returning items, please retain proof of postage, as you are responsible for the goods until they arrive at our premises.
- Refund is for purchase price less shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable; also the shipping charges for returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer.
- If merchandize is returned after 7 business days of receipt of goods OR without prior approval and Return Authorization Number, we will charge 25% restocking fee.
- Returns after 14 business days are not refunded.
- All items remain property of NecklaceMarket.com until payment is received. This does not affect the buyers statutory rights.
